How we do it:
At Integrated Functional Supports (IFS), we combine social interaction and rehabilitative activities to help each individual build on their strengths, enhance independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Our safe and supportive environment promotes ongoing growth and positive outcomes for adolescents and adults of all ages.
Our programs take place in an inclusive group-based environment, enriched with structured daily activities in a welcoming community setting. Activities can be tailored for group participation or individualized support, ensuring each client receives care that aligns with their personal goals and needs.
Participants engage in a variety of interactive activities, exercise, and supervised learning experiences.
We are committed to providing families with an affordable alternative to in-home respite, center-based ABA, and community support services. By collaborating with existing providers and building strong functional relationships with each client, we create a foundation for lasting success.

At IFS, our highly trained staff work as an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with case managers, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, direct-care staff, and caregivers to ensure each individual’s needs and goals are met.
We partner with case management to implement individualized treatment plans and Community Living Supports (CLS) goals within an environmentally enriched setting. To track progress, organized data are collected and visually depicted in various formats, allowing for comprehensive analysis of each client’s growth toward their goals.
Our staff hold regularly scheduled team meetings to review data, address challenges, and troubleshoot any areas of regression or lack of progress. We are committed to a person-centered planning approach, ensuring every client receives inclusive, individualized support designed for lasting success.
