About Us
What we do:
Integrated Functional Supports, LLC (IFS) is an organization designed by a licensed Behavior Analyst and a qualified mental health provider to provide behavioral, skill building, and caregiver supports as needed to our clients.
We serve individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, traumatic brain injuries and dementia who are seeking special assistance, family support and training, skill building and maintenance or respite relief during the day. We now offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals with an autism diagnosis.
We offer a compassionate group-based environment enriched with organized daily activities in a community setting which can be geared toward group or induvial activities when needed.
How we do it:
Our approach is a combination of social interaction and rehabilitative activities that encourage using the individuals’ strengths to improve their independence and overall quality of life.
Participants benefit from an array of different activities, exercise, and supervision. Our safe and supportive environment provides ongoing learning and positive growth experiences for adolescents and adults of all ages. We strive to provide families an affordable alternative to in-home respite, center-based ABA, and community support services.
Collaborating with the services the client receives and establishing a functional relationship with them is our mission for success!

At IFS, our highly trained staff will work as an interdisciplinary team to collaborate with case management, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, direct-care staff, and caregivers to ensure we are meeting the needs and goals of each individual.
Staff will work with case management to implement an individualized treatment plan and Community Living Supports (CLS) goals in an environmentally enriched setting. Organized data are collected and depicted in various ways to fully analyze the clients progress towards their goals.
Our staff have regularly scheduled meetings to discuss ad troubleshoot regression or lack of progress. We strive to facilitate a person-centered planning approach for the success and inclusion of each client we serve.
